Delete your WLYL Parent account

WLYL Parent is published by Varchas Studios. To delete your parent account:

1. Send an email from the address registered with your child's school to thindaam.ai@gmail.com with the subject Delete my WLYL Parent account.
2. Include your name, your school's name and your child's name, so we can find the right account.
3. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your parent login: email or phone, password and profile details.
• Your notification tokens.
• The links between your login and your children.

What is kept

Your child's school records (attendance, fees, payments, exam marks) belong to the school and are kept under the school's own record-keeping rules. Fee payment records may need to be kept for accounting and legal reasons. To ask about those, contact your child's school.

Signing out of the app removes downloaded textbooks and the notification token from your phone. Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on your phone.
